Nguyen Luu Quoc Bao
Different from me and Long, Bao has a very high percentage of thinking. His decision mainly based on logic and statistic. Bao’s trait makes him perfect for leader or planner role. He has a tendency of observing and judging other member’s work and personality, which makes him almost like a leader in the team. He can be unstable at times, but his “Turbulent” trait is only 51%. However, he has very low percentage of feeling so he can sometimes miscommunication to other members. As a highest member with “Feeling” trait, it is crucial for me to connect everyone.
Nguyen Trong Minh Long
My first impression about Long is that he shares the same personality type as me-INFJ. So in other words, we have a lot in common. This will be a huge advantage because we can connect to each other easily, less likely to have a conflict and can cooperate effectively to solving problems, doing assignments. We both share “Turbulent” type, so we can be both unstable at times. However, we also have percentage of “Feeling” trait, which means we can help each other to overcome our problems
Nguyen Quang Duy
Duy’s persnality type is ISFP, which is adventurer type. He pay attention to details and focus on the practicality. He is open to new ideas and changes, which makes him the most flexible member in the team. However, he will need a lot of help and support from other members. He can be good when working alone but he might not communicate well to other members in the team.
Hoang Anh Duc
Duc is the only extraverted member in our team, which will make him the most suitable for presenting our project and giving presentation. Similar to Bao, he make decision based mostly on logical thinking. He communicates well and easily convey his idea to everyone in the group. However, he is prone to unstablilty at times, so he will need help. He is very focus on the objective and very organize. He strictly follow the plan and timetable given.
Nguyen Dang Nhat
Based on the test result, I am an introverted person and a sympathetic person. I try to understand and reach out to connect everyone in the team. I take everything into account and also focus on the big picture and the given objective. But sometimes, I can be unstable so I need my teammates to back me up. Because I have such high percentage of feeling, when I contribute or do for my team, I would expect to they will do the same.
